Return & Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day right of return on all items purchased in our webshop.
The 14-day period begins from the day you receive your order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you are free to choose your own carrier.
You must notify us of your wish to return within 14 days of purchase, and the item must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us. Please send your notification by email to info@wongi.dk, stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Partial Returns
If you have purchased multiple items, you may return one or more items even if they were ordered together. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable if you only return part of your order.
Condition of Returned Items
The condition of returned items is assessed by WONGI. If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, it will be considered used and of reduced value. In this case, you may receive a partial refund or no refund at all.
Complaints & Warranty
In accordance with Danish consumer law, all products carry a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and/or workmanship.
Any complaint must be reported to WONGI within a reasonable time of receiving the item — one month is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by improper use of the product.
WONGI will cover reasonable return shipping costs for valid warranty claims. Please note that we do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
